WinForms comes to Mono

Mono has hit an important milestone in its support for Winforms. It is now API complete, meaning that the API is exactly the same as .NET (all 12, 776 methods). As with all 115K line cross-platform windowing toolkits there are bound to be bugs, which can be reported here.

The API will ship with the upcoming Mono 2.0 release.
